Description

Example 1:

An engineering team fails to solve a design problem because they only consider using a component for its intended purpose, missing an innovative application in a different way.

Example 2:

A marketing team struggling to find new advertising channels might overlook using an existing internal communication tool for external promotion because they only see it in its current, traditional function.
